Master Plan
Every project needs a blueprint or master plan. Your Sound Partners proposal can serve as the basis for your master plan, as it includes all of the elements required:
- a project goal;
- measurable results;
- the roles of partners;
- a budget; and
- a timeline.
After the conference, grantees will be asked to revisit their master plan and revise it so that all elements are fully defined.
Some elements of your proposal, like the budget, may be incorporated right into your master plan. Other elements will probably need to be revised in order to more accurately reflect the direction your collaboration will take.
