  • how much time do these people need for review?

2. Does all of the publicity reflect one main theme?

  • what is the title, theme and slogan of the outreach campaign?
  • who will write the press materials?

3. What promotional materials are required?

  • what materials and resources already exist?
  • what special events are planned?
  • how will these resources and events reflect the campaign goal?
  • who will create and distribute the promotional materials?
  • who will handle each promotional task?
  • how much will it cost to produce and distribute publicity materials?

4. What will the station's role be in publicity?

  • will there be on-air promotion?
  • will the campaign be referenced in a listener's guide?

5. What will the partner's role be in publicity?

  • can partners commit to sustaining the outreach effort, providing specific resources and/or coordinating special events?
