Electronic Frontier Foundation published the most recent version of its free Legal Guide for Bloggers that includes sections on reporter's privilege, media access, and libel -- as well as other relevant thorny legal issues. Anyone interested in citizen journalism should read this guide, and keep a copy handy for quick reference. This goes for current or would-be citizen journalists, as well as newsroom staff members who work with or train citizen journalists.
